Terms of Service

Jev Club (“we”, “us”) is an individual / sole trader operating the website jevclub.com. These Terms govern your access to and use of this site (the “Service”). By using the Service, or by agreeing at checkout, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

Jev Club publishes a public syllabus on TypeSafe Jev / System One: the contract, three question types, fan-out, thresholds, the agent loop, and in-browser exercises. The syllabus is free to read. There is no account wall.

Exercises send the state and questions you paste to our server, which calls TypeSafe’s Jev API. Outputs are probabilistic judgments, not legal, medical, or financial advice.

2. Eligibility

  • To read the syllabus you should be at least 13.
  • To pay, you must be at least 18 and authorized to use the payment method.
  • There are no user accounts. You do not need to register to read.

3. Pricing

Current public prices are at https://jevclub.com/support . As of 21 September 2026: the syllabus is free; optional support is any amount from USD $1. You may pay once in a Waffo currency (USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, HKD, CNY) using the ECB USD rate. Each currency also has a platform floor (for example €1, JP¥100, HK$8); the live minimum is the higher of $1 converted and that floor. CNY is capped at CN¥1000. 4. Payment (one-time)

Optional support is a one-time digital tip, not a subscription, and does not auto-renew. You authorize us, through our Merchant of Record (Waffo Pancake), to charge the currency and amount you chose and confirmed at checkout. CNY orders are WeChat Pay only; USD orders accept cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or WeChat. Applicable taxes are calculated, collected, and remitted by Waffo Pancake. Payment credentials go to Waffo Pancake, not to our servers.

Checkout will disclose that the order is processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Waffo Pancake, who also handles order-related inquiries and returns.

5. Refunds

  • Within 7 days of a first support payment, email hello@jevclub.com for a full refund.
  • Duplicate charges or confirmed billing errors: full refund.
  • Statutory withdrawal rights (for example a 14-day cooling-off period where it applies) are preserved.
  • Include the email used at checkout and the transaction id. We acknowledge within 2 business days and process eligible refunds in 5–10 business days.

6. Billing disputes

If a charge looks wrong, contact hello@jevclub.com before disputing with your bank. We respond within 2 business days and resolve confirmed errors within 5. The card statement may show Waffo Pancake or Jev Club.

7. Third-party models

Exercises call TypeSafe’s Jev. Availability, latency, and judgment quality depend on that service. We do not warrant that any single output is correct, and outputs are not professional advice.

8. Acceptable use

  • Do not send unlawful, fraudulent, or rights-infringing content through the exercises.
  • Do not interfere with, probe, or bypass security on this site or TypeSafe.
  • Do not present this site as an official TypeSafe product.
  • Citations link to their sources; respect those authors’ rights.

9. Intellectual property

The syllabus arrangement and this site’s interface belong to Jev Club. Quoted reviews, docs, and marks remain with their owners. Text you paste into an exercise stays yours; you grant us a limited license to process it for that call. We do not use your inputs to train our own models.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages. Our total liability for an event will not exceed what you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before that event; if you never paid, it is zero.

12. Term and termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you materially breach these Terms, we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse, or the law requires it. That includes classroom exercises, further checkout, and any other feature we operate. The syllabus may stay publicly readable; we may still block or rate-limit the exercises and refuse further support payments from you.

If we terminate for reasons other than your breach, we will refund any unused prepaid amount; for a one-time tip on this site, that is usually a full refund of that payment. If we terminate because you breached these Terms, we may withhold a refund except where the law requires one. You may stop using the Service at any time; there is no account to delete. To ask us to erase personal information we hold, write to hello@jevclub.com (see the Privacy Policy). Termination does not cancel obligations already accrued. Disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law survive termination.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Payment, tax, and consumer-payment protections are handled by Waffo Pancake as Merchant of Record under its own terms. Before formal proceedings, write to hello@jevclub.com.

14. Changes and contact
