Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Jev Club handles personal information when you use jevclub.com. Using the site means you understand this policy. We do not sell your personal information.
1. Controller

- No separate data-protection officer is appointed.
2. What we collect
There are no accounts and we do not collect passwords.

4. Cookies
- Strictly necessary: jg_lang (locale) and the like cookie. Blocking them breaks those features.
- We do not run advertising or marketing cookies, and we do not use Google Analytics.
5. Sharing
- Cloudflare: hosting and TLS.
- TypeSafe: only when you run an exercise, the state and questions for that call.
- Waffo Pancake: payments. Card data goes to them, not to us.
- Disclosure when the law requires it.
We do not sell personal information, including as defined under the CCPA.
6. Security and transfers
Traffic uses HTTPS. Servers and vendors may sit outside your country (for example Cloudflare, TypeSafe, Waffo). We send only what is needed to processors that can protect it. If an incident affects your rights, we will notify as required, aiming for 72 hours from discovery.
7. Retention

8. Your rights
Where the law gives you the rights to be informed, access, correct, erase, restrict, port, or object, email hello@jevclub.com. We reply within 30 days. You may also complain to your local authority. We do not send marketing mail.
9. Children
The syllabus is for readers 13 and older. Payments are for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from younger children; if we did, write to us and we will delete it.
10. Other sites
Wikipedia, blogs, and TypeSafe links in the syllabus follow those sites’ policies, not this one.
11. Changes
For material changes we will try to update the date on this page at least 15 days ahead. Continued use is acceptance. Questions: hello@jevclub.com .
